Gaaah, Today was a good day at work. Fridays, Saterdays, and Sundays generally are cause I don't have to deal with my boss. I mean, there are days I want to just jump up and rip off his head, litterally. I live in a civilized society, however, and that kind of action is frowned upon so I keep myself in check. One of my biggest problems is the hairnet issue. I work in a kitchen and I also happen to shave my head wich is all well and good, unless I happen to let my hair get any longer that a couple of millimeters, then I have to wear a hairnet. Never mind the fact that the hairnet would do nothing to stop my hair from falling out, if it ever desided to do that, which it never does. My boss just happens to be one of the most anal retentive people I have ever met. He hands out compliments like they are bars of gold, which is to say never. To top it all off, we have another cook there, evening shift, who's hiegene while cooking leaves much to be desired. His meals generally taste like crap and he can't bake to save his life. Almost every cake that comes out of the oven that he has done has a huge divet in the center. So what's finally got me posting is the fact that my Boss says "I can say one thing about Bob, His meals are ALWAYS on time" this is right after pointing out a few minor mistakes of mine. IE missed a spot when I was wiping up the work area. Bob's work area looks like a tornado went through not five minutes after he punches in. I've never heard Tom get on Bob's case about it though. So needless to say I'm pretty pissed off.

Sadly, there are always people like that...humans are crazy. We just have to do our best and deal our best, and try not to let it bring us down too much. I'm sure you're a much better worker than this Bob. Does Bob wear a hairnet? Maybe your boss is just biased against people who don't wear them. So you could wear one to cover your minimally-haired head, and see what happens

Yeah. I hate the restaurant business . . . ESPECIALLY fast food. Terrible. I can't stand working at Wendy's, which is why I plan on quiting around July. It just drives me crazy. Especially those damned grease buckets

Whoa, who are you, cause I know exactly what you're talking about.
I hate Bob
Yes but he is still dirty as shit and his pants are always falling down. Even the elderly residents make fun of his ass.

Yo, I work in the Kitchen. Little hessitant to give out my name cause I'm not sure who you are and what it might mean for my employment. Lately lots of rumors have been flying around the place about me and a married chick which are completely untrue. The last thing I need is more bad stuff started about me at work. I have a hard enough time letting all my bosses insane pet peeves go in one ear and out the other. I'm a little hesitant on the trust issue with people who work at the same establishment as I do right now. If yer trustworthy and tell me who you are I'll let you know.
On a complete side note. I have to go back to that hell hole tomorrow and start dealing with that Fat Asshole so I'm a little pissed right now. It pays good and as long as he leaves me alone I can handle it all pretty well. I just wish the man would learn how to look at his employees with a little more possitive perspective. Like compliment us ever now and then. But if that happened then hell would freeze over, that's if it does exist.
