Here's the deal: Adam was created in god's image, right? Right. This means that Adam, penis, testicles and all, mimicked god. What does this mean? God's got a mighty sack o' balls. Oh, but wait a minute... why does a god need a reproductive system? Isn't he one-of-a-kind? I thought only sexually reproducing animals needed things like sperm, and that it was part of the whole DNA dealio and all that... would that mean god isn't nearly as far 'above' us as he would like it to seem? I mean, if he's got a schlong, he's got the whole package, meaning he must reproduce in much the same manner we do. Or rather, he must have at one time, he may have more advanced methods of doing so now... either way, we're looking at god having at least one parent (a mother).
Any ideas, guys?

God the father is not a physical being with a body, from what i understand he is more like a spirit. When it says that Adam was made in gods image it is refering to other things. Like God is love and has feelings and he isstalled them into Adam. He has the longing for compainionship and compassion on people. Obviously due to the fall these characteristics are now further from Gods characteristics because they are now effected by sin but in the begining they were similar. I think i have some bible verse on this writen down at home but im at school so if i remember to look them up, i will return!

yes all men are created in Gods image, what choices they make do not reflect God because they are their own choices

lol, joel...
Well from what I understand man was created not from God physically, but from God spiritually, for example, the ability to do good, to love one another, etc. God probably would not have a physical form if he existed, and if he did, it wouldn't be like a human. There was some passage somewhere where somebody saw God and was nearly killed.
That's all from what I understand, and I think joel cleared it up already anyway.

All humans have certain characteristics, that reflect different aspects of God's personality. God is the great creator of the universe, and He has given us the finite ability to create things, like art, for example. God Is loving, and humans have the ability to love.
This is the way that it was explained to me, anyways...
